日本专利:MATSUSHITA 电子公司研制。灯是在玻壳内壁涂敷四种混合荧光材料制成的。(1)第一种荧光材料的化学式是4(Sr_(1-x)Eu_x)OYAl_2O_3。ZY_2O_3,式中 X,Y,Z 分别为0.005—0.2;6—8;和0—0.1。并用二价铕激活。(2)第二种荧光材料由 Sn 激活的 Sr,Mg 正磷酸盐和 Sn 激活的 Sr,Ba,Mg 正磷酸盐构成。(3)第三种荧光材料由 Sb,Mn 激活的碱土金属卤化物和 Sb 激活的碱土金属卤化物构成。(4)最后一种荧光材料是由二价铕激活的,并在 440nm——490nm 波长范围内具有荧光峰发射值。
Japanese patent: MATSUSHITA Electronics Corporation. The lamp is made of four kinds of mixed fluorescent materials coated on the inner wall of the glass bulb. (1) The first fluorescent material has a chemical formula of 4 (Sr_ (1-x) Eu_x) OYAl_2O_3. ZY_2O_3, where X, Y and Z are 0.005-0.2, 6-8 and 0-0.1, respectively. Activated with divalent europium. (2) The second fluorescent material is composed of Sn-activated Sr, Mg orthophosphate and Sn-activated Sr, Ba, Mg orthophosphate. (3) The third fluorescent material is composed of Sb, Mn-activated alkaline earth metal halides and Sb-activated alkaline earth metal halides. (4) The last fluorescent material is activated by divalent europium and has a fluorescence peak emission value in the wavelength range of 440 nm - 490 nm.
