游泳是人们所喜爱的体育运动,夏季游泳既能使人凉爽舒适,焕发精神,又可锻炼人们的意志,增强体质。但在游泳时如不注意卫生与安全,容易招致一些疾病或事故的发生。一、下水前要做好充分的准备工作,防止抽筋。如用手揉捏、拍打或捶击容易抽筋的部位,使之松弛,也可采用按摩法进行调整。常发生的部位是小腿和大腿,有时手指、脚趾甚至胃部也会发生。万一游泳时发生这种情况,应保持镇静,不要慌张,慢慢游到岸边,松弛痉挛部位,直至抽筋缓解,方可再下水。二、在睡眠不足,空腹或身体过于疲劳的情况去游
