作者报道1986年在慕尼黑分离出的奈瑟淋球菌对8种抗微生物剂的敏感试验。采用琼脂稀释法测定青霉素、四环素、大观霉素、丙氟哌酸、氟啶酸、fleroxacin、头孢噻肟和利福霉素8种抗微生物剂对119株奈瑟淋球菌(均为非青霉素酶产生菌株)的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明,7株(6%)耐青霉素(MIC≥1mg/L),73株(61%)对青霉素中度耐药(0.125~0.5mg/L),仅39株(33%)对青霉素敏感。8株(7%)对四环素低度耐药(MIC≥1mg/L),而大观霉素对104株(87%)MIC为64mg/L。其它五种抗微生物剂
The authors report the sensitivity of Neisseria gonorrhoeae to eight antimicrobials isolated in Munich in 1986.
