案情回放单某于2011年6月30日入职北京某物流公司,担任人力行政部员工,其月工资标准为税前4000元,税后实发金额3652.94元。物流公司于2011年8月30日解除与单某的劳动关系。单某以要求物流公司支付2011年7月30日至2011年8月30日期间未签订劳动合同的二倍工资差额等为由,向海淀区劳动争议仲裁委员会提出申诉。仲裁委员会作出裁决如下:自本裁决书生效之日起七日内,北京某物流公司向单某一次性支付2011年7月30日至2011年8月30日期间未签订劳动合同二倍工资差额3652.94元。物流公司不服上述裁决,于法定期限内向法院提起诉讼。
