当前我国经济处于转型时期,各行各业也发生了重大的变革,当前在新闻媒体行业中,由以前的单一化,二元化的媒体,逐步向多元化迈进,生活服务类报纸作为普通老百姓比较喜爱的报纸,如何在在媒体多元化激烈竞争背景下,寻找新的突破口,是媒体人需要重视的方面。本文以山东地区的《都市女报》为例子,采用SWOT方法分析了《都市女报》的生存环境与发展空间等问题,为《都市女报》再创新高提出了改革思路。
