一、培训骨干学新操每班由班主任推荐出两名有武术或舞蹈基础的体育骨干学生,入选校集训队,入选队员都会有自豪感,学习积极主动。体育组采用集中强化培训的方法突击培训,因为这些学生大都动作协调、身体灵活,且接受能力比较强,利用两节课就能基本学会。骨干学生能独立完成动作后,教师可以给他们下达任务,要求他们每人在班上教会1个学生,学会的学生可再继续找同伴帮教学习。这种互助学习的方法,不仅能较好地完成教师预期的任务,还能加强同伴之间合作学习的能力。
