人体肌肉肌腱韧带的弹性和关节的灵活性是运动员完成大幅度动作的一种能力,是排球运动员重要的身体素质之一。在排球比赛中,要求运动员身体各部位的肌肉韧带和关节必须具备良好的柔韧性,提高排球运动员的柔韧性。应结合排球技术的特点,重点加强肩部腰部髋部和指腕关节的柔韧性训练,柔韧性的增强不仅有利于提高完成技术动作的质量,还能减少运动损伤延长运动寿命。
The flexibility of the muscle tendon ligament and the flexibility of the joint are one of the abilities of the athlete to accomplish the drastic action and are one of the important physical qualities of the volleyball player. In volleyball competitions, it is required that muscle ligaments and joints of various parts of an athlete’s body must have good flexibility and improve the flexibility of a volleyball player.
