近年来,体育事业单位积极开展预算绩效管理探索、实践,取得了初步成效,但仍然存在一些亟待解决的问题:如绩效理念还未牢固树立;管理制度体系仍不健全;绩效评价体系有待进一步完善;专业人才队伍建设和信息系统建设有待进一步加强等。本文对体育事业单位开展预算绩效管理的必要性、开展工作的主要内容、遇到的问题和建议采取的对策进行了探讨,目的在于通过建立完善体育事业单位开展预算绩效管理的制度机制,提高体育项目管理工作水平,更好的发挥体育专项资金的使用效益。
In recent years, PE institutes actively carried out exploration and practice of budget performance management and achieved initial success.
