随着市场经济体制的逐渐健全以及卫生经济体制改革的逐渐深入,医疗行业的竞争越来越激烈。在此基础上,医院也在不断的增加投入,购买了一些先进设备,并且对职能范围以及服务领域进行了一定的扩充,同时也加大了对固定资产的管理力度。有效增强医院固定资产管理水平,充分发挥其管理职能,进而提升医院社会服务效应与经济效益,已经成为医院可持续发展的重要环节。本文主要对医院固定资产管理中存在的问题进行分析,并且提出有效的解决措施。
With the gradual improvement of the market economy system and the gradual deepening of the reform of the health economic system, the competition in the medical industry is becoming more and more fierce. On this basis, the hospital is also constantly increasing investment, purchasing some advanced equipment, and the scope of functions and services to some extent, but also increased the management of fixed assets. Effectively enhancing the hospital’s management of fixed assets, giving full play to its management functions, thereby enhancing the hospital social services and economic benefits, has become an important part of the hospital’s sustainable development. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in the hospital fixed assets management, and puts forward effective solutions.
