城镇住房价格持续上涨的主要动力是市场需求的增加。本文利用数学模型分析影响住房需求的因素,计算出人均最佳居住面积,提出了按家庭结构比例提供住房的思路。
Urban housing prices continued to rise the main driving force is the increase in market demand. This paper analyzes the factors that affect housing demand by using mathematical models to calculate the best living area per capita and puts forward the idea of providing housing according to the proportion of family structure.
