目的评价经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术与Cyberwand双导管超声碎石术治疗鹿角型肾结石的临床效果。方法本试验选取2013年3月至2016年3月鹿角型肾结石患者69例,将其随机分为两组,第一组为A组(n=33)采取钬激光碎石术,第二组为B组(n=36)采取Cyberwand双导管超声碎石术。记录并比较两组患者的手术持续时间,以及患者的一期结石清除率、出血量、手术时间、术后有无发热、有无并发症和住院时间等指标,比较两种方法清除鹿角型肾结石的疗效。结果发现经皮肾镜钬激光碎石容易造成患者肾盂黏膜损伤,结石清除率相对较低,Cyberwand双导管超声碎石术手术时间更短,碎石清除率更高。结论治疗鹿角型肾结石,Cyberwand双导管超声碎石术的效果比钬激光碎石效果更佳。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of percutaneous nephroscope holmium laser lithotripsy and Cyberwand double-guided ultrasonic lithotripsy in the treatment of antler kidney stones.
