目的分析安徽省规划达标地区影响血吸虫病传播的因素。方法收集2008~2010年安徽省规控县和规阻县人群疫情、家畜疫情、螺情指标及防治措施落实情况数据,分析人群疫情、家畜疫情、螺情指标间的相关性和人群疫情、家畜疫情、螺情与防治措施间的关联性。结果在规控县,急感人数与病牛数以及家畜感染率间均存在正相关,均r=1.000,均P<0.001;阳性螺密度与钉螺密度间存在spearman等级相关,r_s=1.000,P<0.01;急感病例数与药物灭螺占有螺面积比例以及人群化疗覆盖率之间存在负相关关系,回归方程为:y=262.391-15.762x_1-0.175x_2,P<0.001。在规阻县,病人数及人群感染率与病牛数及家畜感染率间均存在正相关,均r_s=1.000,均P<0.001;病人数与耕牛存栏数之间存在正相关,回归方程为:y_1=0.705x_1-878.172,P<0.05;人群感染率与家畜化疗覆盖率负相关,回归方程为:y_2=0.288-0.004x_2,P<0.05。结论家畜疫情是影响人群疫情的重要因素,提高人畜化疗覆盖率、加强耕牛淘汰与药物灭螺力度降低血吸虫病疫情的重要措施。
Objective To analyze the factors affecting the transmission of schistosomiasis in the planned areas in Anhui Province. Methods The data of epidemic situation, livestock epidemic situation, snail index and prevention and control measures in the population of Gansu County and Gansu County in Anhui Province from 2008 to 2010 were collected to analyze the correlation between population epidemic situation, livestock epidemic situation, snail index and population epidemic situation, livestock Epidemic situation, snail situation and the relationship between prevention and control measures. The regression equation was: y = 262.391-15.762x_1-0.175x_2, P <0.001. There was a positive correlation between the number of infected patients and the infection rate of cattle and the infection rate of domestic animals in ruling county, all with r_s = 1.000, both P <0.001. There was a positive correlation between the number of patients and the number of cattle in the county. The regression equation As follows: y_1 = 0.705x_1-878.172, P <0.05; The infection rate of the population was negatively correlated with the coverage rate of the domestic animals. The regression equation was y_2 = 0.288-0.004x_2, P <0.05. Conclusion The epidemic situation of livestock is an important factor that affects the epidemic situation of the population. It is an important measure to improve the coverage rate of human and animal chemotherapy, strengthen the elimination of cattle and the reduction of schistosomiasis by the drug snail reduction.
