寿光凯宝皇都.国际商会中心大厦为超A级高度的超限高层建筑,采用基于性能的抗震设计方法对该结构抗震设计的可行性进行了研究。根据工程采用的结构体系、平面和竖向不规则、结构高度超限特点,选用了适合工程的抗震性能目标。通过采用SATWE和ETABS程序进行小震作用下计算结果对比分析、中震作用下构件不屈服判别分析、大震作用下动力弹塑性分析,找到了结构的抗震薄弱环节,采取了相应的抗震加强措施。研究表明,本工程结构抗震设计及采取的抗震加强措施能满足“小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒”的抗震设防要求。
Shouguang Kaibao Huangdu. The International Chamber of Commerce Center Tower is a Grade A high-rise overrun high-rise building. Based on the performance-based seismic design method, the feasibility of the seismic design of the structure is studied. According to the structural system adopted by the project, the plane and vertical irregularities and the structural height over-limit characteristics, the seismic performance target suitable for the project is selected. Through the comparative analysis of the calculation results of small earthquakes using SATWE and ETABS programs, the analysis of the components without yielding under medium earthquakes and the analysis of dynamic elasto-plasticity under the action of large earthquakes, the weak links of the structures are found and the corresponding seismic strengthening measures . The research shows that the seismic design of this project and the measures taken to strengthen it can meet the seismic requirements of “small earthquake is not bad, moderate earthquake repairable, large earthquake does not fall”.
