有机溶液对蚊虫的产卵驱避性以前有过报告。Hwang等(1980)在实验室chow浸液中分离出低酯肪族羧酸,实验室试验证明所有这些酸在较高浓度时对蚊虫均有产卵驱避作用。现场试验水面用壬酸25~150ppm,对蚊虫有1~7天产卵驱避作用。汽油通常用作杀幼虫剂,其中之一GB-1356每英亩用1~2加仑,对环跗库蚊幼虫和蛹均有效。这次研究目的是确定壬酸和GB-1356的协同作用,以及测定单独使用壬酸作为杀蚊剂的效果。 1981年夏季在加里福尼亚进行了3次现
The repellency of organic solutions to mosquitoes has been previously reported. Hwang et al. (1980) isolated low-aliphatic carboxylic acids in laboratory chow extracts and laboratory tests demonstrated that all of these acids repel oviposition of mosquitoes at higher concentrations. Field test surface with nonanoic acid 25 ~ 150ppm, 1 to 7 days for mosquitoes spawning repellent effect. Gasoline is commonly used as a larvicidal agent, one of which, GB-1356, is used at 1-2 gallons per acre and is effective against Larval and Pupae of Culex. The purpose of this study was to determine the synergistic effect of pelargonic acid and GB-1356 and to determine the effect of pelargonic acid alone as a mosquito killer.
