目的研究胃镜终末消毒后储存期间,复用前重新消毒的必要性。方法通过随机抽样和清洗消毒效果检测的方法,对常规使用后的胃镜经终末消毒后置于储存柜内,至少20 h复用前检测消毒效果保持状况。结果本研究胃镜终末消毒方法是在常规清洗程序完成的基础上,用酸性氧化电位水进行消毒处理。经终末消毒处理的35条胃镜,用规范采样方法和细菌定量检测与ATP生物荧光检测并作标记,消毒效果合格率为91.43%。消毒后胃镜储存20 h后,对15条有标记的胃镜按上述方法进行重新检测,消毒合格率仍在91%以上,储存前后消毒效果合格率差异无统计学意义。结论经终末消毒后胃镜储存20 h后重新使用,不必重新消毒。
Objective To study the necessity of re-sterilizing before endoscopic disinfection and storage before reuse. Methods By means of random sampling and the method of cleaning and disinfection, the gastroscope after routine use was sterilized by the terminal and placed in the storage cabinet. The disinfection effect was maintained at least 20 h before reuse. Results The endoscopic disinfection method of this study is based on the completion of routine cleaning procedures, with acidic oxidizing potential water disinfection. The endoscope disinfection of 35 gastroscope, with standardized sampling methods and bacterial quantitative detection and ATP bioluminescence detection and labeling, the disinfection effect pass rate was 91.43%. After sterilized gastroscope stored for 20 h, 15 marked gastroscopes were re-tested according to the above method, the disinfection pass rate was still above 91%, and there was no significant difference in the pass rate of disinfection before and after sterilization. Conclusion After end-of-life gastroscopy stored 20 h after re-use, do not have to re-disinfection.
