废气能量传递系数ηE是表征发动机的变压涡轮压系统设计良好程度的最主要指标之一。作者在E.Jenny和H.List等计算排气压力波的方法的基础上,针对高速四冲程柴油机的特点,建议了简化的特征线法,其目的是以较少的计算工作量,而能完整地计算出排气管入口和末端的压力波,气缸内压力和温度的变化,最后计算出废气能量有效传递系数ηE,对一台四冲程发动机的计算结果与试验结果作比较表明,建议的方法可以用来计算高速四冲程发动机的变压增压系统。在文章的最后列出了有关ηE的若干试验结果。
The energy transfer coefficient ηE of the exhaust gas is one of the most important indexes that characterize the design of the variable pressure turbine pressure system of the engine. Based on the method of calculating exhaust pressure wave such as E. Jenny and H.List, aiming at the characteristics of high-speed four-stroke diesel engine, the author proposes a simplified characteristic line method, which aims to reduce the work load, The pressure wave at the inlet and the end of the exhaust pipe, the pressure and the temperature in the cylinder were calculated completely. Finally, the effective transfer coefficient ηE of exhaust gas energy was calculated. Comparing the calculation results and the test results of a four-stroke engine, The method can be used to calculate the variable pressure supercharging system of high speed four stroke engine. Several experimental results on ηE are listed at the end of the article.
