新工艺及新设备的研制往往存在难以预见的问题,造成生产的风险及成本的增加。分析了旋压引伸成形设备虚拟样机,包括设备的重量、零件数目、工作能力等参数,并预测了制作成本。通过建立仿真模型,确定了加工时间;通过对有限元仿真实验模型的成形分析,获得了该设备四个加工阶段的等效应变。这能为进一步的优化设计提供理论依据。
There are often unpredictable problems with the development of new processes and new equipment, resulting in increased risks and costs of production. The virtual prototyping equipment of spinning extrusion forming equipment is analyzed, including the weight of the equipment, the number of parts, working ability and other parameters, and the production cost is predicted. Through the establishment of the simulation model, the processing time was determined. Through the forming analysis of the finite element simulation experimental model, the equivalent strain of the four processing stages of the equipment was obtained. This can provide a theoretical basis for further optimization design.
