目的:调查分析一起食物中毒的原因,为食物中毒的处理提供依据。方法:根据流行病学调查和临床症状,选择需要鉴定的致病菌,依据GB/T4789-2003、GB/T4789-2008和WS/T9-1996,对采集的标本进行致病菌的分离与鉴定。结果:从采集到的6份标本中的凉拌猪肝、粪便、肛拭子中检出鼠伤寒沙门菌,其余均未检出致病菌;2位病人恢复期比急性期血清中的鼠伤寒沙门菌抗体水平均有4倍以上的增高。结论:这是一起由鼠伤寒沙门菌污染凉拌猪肝而引起的食物中毒。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the causes of food poisoning, provide basis for food poisoning treatment. Methods: According to the epidemiological investigation and clinical symptoms, we selected the pathogenic bacteria to be identified and isolated and identified the pathogenic bacteria according to GB / T4789-2003, GB / T4789-2008 and WS / T9-1996 . Results: Salmonella typhimurium was detected in cold pig liver, faeces and anal swab in six samples collected, and no pathogens were detected in the other two samples. The recovery time of two patients was higher than that in acute phase Salmonella antibody levels were more than 4 times higher. Conclusion: This is a food poisoning caused by contaminated cold pig liver caused by Salmonella typhimurium.
