目的 :探讨霉酚酸酯 (MMF)对移植肾固有细胞凋亡的影响。 方法 :对两组同种异体肾移植术后10天的患者的移植肾活检标本进行前瞻性研究。第一组 2 0例患者接受泼尼松 (Pred)、环孢素 (CsA)和硫唑嘌呤(Aza)三联药物治疗。第二组 10例用MMF代替Aza。用传统的组织病理技术作病理诊断。通过原位末端标记(TUNEL)法测定标本中肾小球、间质和肾小管上皮细胞凋亡。 结果 :根据Banff分类法 ,所有的活检标本都表现为正常或临界改变 (其中 2例为临界改变 )。在应用MMF组肾小管上皮细胞、肾小球及肾间质细胞凋亡显著低于Aza组 (P <0 0 1)。 结论 :MMF可减少肾移植后的肾小管上皮细胞、肾小球及肾间质细胞的凋亡 ,并对移植肾具有保护作用
Objective: To investigate the effect of mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) on the apoptosis of renal allograft cells. METHODS: A prospective study of transplanted renal biopsy specimens from two groups of patients with allograft renal transplant 10 days later was performed. The first 20 patients received prednisone (Pred), cyclosporine (CsA) and azathioprine (Aza) triple therapy. The second group of 10 patients used MMF instead of Aza. With traditional histopathology for pathological diagnosis. Glomerular, interstitial and tubular epithelial cell apoptosis was measured by TUNEL. Results: According to the Banff classification, all biopsy specimens showed normal or critical changes (2 of them were critical changes). In MMF group, apoptosis of glomerular and renal interstitium was significantly lower than that of Aza group (P <0.01). Conclusion: MMF can reduce the apoptosis of renal tubular epithelial cells, glomeruli and renal interstitial cells after renal transplantation, and has a protective effect on renal allograft
