“小组互动式”教学模式是一种以学习小组为中心,在导学稿的引导下,组织小组成员自学、小组讨论、组与组互动交流的教学形式,让学生积极参与课堂教学,一方面充分发挥学生的自主性、积极性,让学生发现问题、研究问题、探寻知识;另一方面为学生提供更多的展示和合作机会,培养学生的群体意识和组织能力,将学生个人目标与群体目标联系起来,形成良好的学风,从而提高课堂教学质量。学习小组中,教师按英语成绩好差给组员分A、B层。A层为点评组,负责为本组展示组成员点评;B层为展示组,负责展示所学知识及完成教师布置的任务。点评组与展示组成员实行“一对一”帮扶制,实现全员进步。
