新修订的《四川省〈中华人民共和国妇女权益保障法〉实施办法》不久前正式实施,规定“性骚扰”是指以语言、文字、图像、电子信息、肢体行为等方式骚扰女性的行为。为了有效遏制性骚扰,该《实施办法》还规定了单位和雇主对性骚扰行为的责任;在工作场所发生对妇女实施的性骚扰并造成妇女身体、精神、名誉损害,单位和雇主应当承担相应的民事赔偿责任。
The newly revised “Measures for the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Women in the People's Republic of China” was formally implemented not long ago and stipulated that “sexual harassment” refers to the act of harassing women in ways of language, words, images, electronic information and physical activities. In order to effectively contain sexual harassment, the “Implementation Measures” also stipulate the responsibility of units and employers for sexual harassment; employers and employers should bear the corresponding civil compensation if sexual harassment is caused in the workplace and the woman is physically, mentally and reputationally harmed responsibility.
