政府管理与社会经济活动 ,尤其是国际贸易活动之间的关系问题一直是经济学界研究的中心议题之一 ,不同体系、不同派别的经济学理论围绕这一中心议题展开了深入的研究。本文拟综述国际贸易与政府管理思想理论 ,以期能够说明“贸易自由化”不等同于“自由贸易”。 The relationship between government management and socio-economic activities, especially international trade activities, has always been one of the central topics in the study of economics. The economic theories of different systems and different factions have conducted in-depth studies on this central issue. This article intends to summarize the theory of international trade and government management, with a view to demonstrating that “trade liberalization” is not the same as “free trade.”
