针对矿山运输领域广泛使用的窄轨工矿电机车溜车事故频发、制动距离长以及闸瓦易磨损等问题,详细分析了现有单侧基础制动装置的结构和原理,提出了一种双侧基础制动装置方案。经过结构优化,增大了制动倍率和制动力,增大了闸瓦与踏面的接触面积,从根本上消除了轴承偏磨现象。现场使用证明,该装置有效解决了溜车现象,缩短了制动距离,减小了闸瓦磨损,提高了制动可靠性。
