目的 :探讨蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)后血液、脑脊液中内皮素 (ET )、降钙基因相关肽 (CGRP )含量变化及与血管痉挛 (CVS)的关系。方法 :用放免法检测 32例不同时期、不同病因、不同病情SAH患者血液、CSF中ET、CGRP含量变化并与对照组比较。结果 :SAH后血浆、CSF中ET比对照组明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。CGRP则明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。ET升高和CGRP降低与病情程度、病后时间有关 ,与引起SAH的原因无关。结论 :ET和CGRP的变化与SAH后脑血管痉挛有关 ,可作为SAH后血管痉挛 (CVS)的一种观察指示
Objective: To investigate the changes of endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) levels in blood and cerebrospinal fluid after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) and their relationship with vasospasm (CVS). Methods: The levels of ET and CGRP in blood and CSF were determined by radioimmunoassay in 32 cases of SAH with different etiologies and different etiologies and compared with the control group. Results: After SAH, ET in plasma and CSF was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). CGRP was significantly lower than the control group (P <0. ET increased and CGRP decreased with the severity of disease, the time after the illness, has nothing to do with the causes of SAH. CONCLUSIONS: The changes of ET and CGRP are related to cerebral vasospasm after SAH and may be used as an observation indicator of vasospasm (CVS) after SAH
