目的研究灰岩香茶菜地下部分的化学成分。方法采用柱色谱方法进行化学成分分离与纯化,通过现代波谱分析及理化性质等手段对所分离得到的化合物进行结构解析。结果从灰岩香茶菜地下部分70%丙酮提取物的乙酸乙酯部位分离出10个单体化合物,分别鉴定为乙酰熊果酸(1)、乌索酸(2)、齐墩果酸(3)、3β-羟基-5α,8α-桥二氧麦角甾-6,22E-二烯(4)、3β-羟基-5α,8α-桥二氧麦角甾-6,9,22E-三烯(5)、豆甾醇(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、松柏醛(8)、双-[(2-乙基)己基]邻苯二甲酸酯(9)、油酸(10)。结论灰岩香茶菜地下部分富含三萜、甾体类等成分,化合物1~10均为首次从该植物中获得。
Objective To study the chemical composition of the underground part of lime tea. Methods Column chromatography was used to separate and purify the chemical constituents. Structural analysis of the isolated compounds was carried out by means of modern spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. Results Ten monomer compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of the 70% acetone extract from the underground part of Cha-kae-khwa, and were identified as acetyl ursolic acid (1), ursolic acid (2), oleanolic acid 3), 3β-hydroxy-5α, 8α-bridged oxetagostyrene-6,22E-diene (4), 3β-hydroxy-5α, 8α-bridged oxetalestan-6,9,22E- 5), stigmasterol (6), β-sitosterol (7), conifer aldehyde (8), bis- [(2-ethyl) hexyl] phthalate (9), oleic acid (10). Conclusion The underground part of Chaxiang Cha-Cha is rich in triterpenoids, steroids and other components. Compounds 1 ~ 10 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
