目的了解贺州市HIV感染情况,为完善宣传招募、预防经输血感染HIV提供依据。方法对无偿献血者血样标本按照卫生和计生委的要求进行2次检测,抗-HIV出现任1次阳性的标本送市疾控中心确认,统计2012年1月—2015年12月经确证阳性者的资料,进行趋势、性别、年龄、感染途径等分析,并与同期无偿献血人群的信息做比较。结果贺州市2012.1—2015.12这4年无偿献血人数为64 498人份,共有23名HIV阳性确认者,确认阳性率为3.57/万,男性献血者的阳性率为4.09/万,女性献血者的阳性率为2.22/万,多数在31-45岁这年龄段,以农民、工人为主,高中及以下文化居多,已婚高于未婚,感染途径均为非婚异性传播,且均为首次献血者。结论贺州市无偿献血人群中HIV感染流行趋势相对较高,但近年呈逐步下降趋势。因互助献血人群中可能存在较多的高危献血者,血站应对互助献血人群加强管理。同时应加强献血前的招募、征询工作,建立一支固定献血者队伍,确保从低危人群中招募献血者,保证临床用血安全。
Objective To understand the status of HIV infection in Hezhou and provide the basis for improving publicity and recruitment and preventing HIV infection through transfusion. Methods The samples of blood samples from unpaid blood donors were tested twice according to the requirements of the Ministry of Health and the Family Planning Commission. Any positive anti-HIV antibody was sent to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention for confirmation. The statistics of January 2012-December 2015 confirmed positive Data, trends, gender, age, route of infection and other analysis, and with the same period of blood donation blood donors to make a comparison. Results Hezhou City 2012.1-2015.12 The 4-year unpaid blood donation was 64,498 persons. There were 23 HIV-positive confirmed patients with a positive rate of 3.57 / million, the positive rate of male blood donors was 4.09 / million, and the positive rate of female blood donors The rate was 2.22 per 10 000, mostly in the age group of 31-45. Mostly peasants and workers dominated high school and below, married higher than unmarried, and the routes of infection were both non-marital and all were the first donors . Conclusion The prevalence of HIV infection in blood donors in Hezhou City is relatively high, but it shows a gradual downward trend in recent years. Due to mutual assistance blood donors may have more high-risk blood donors, blood banks should strengthen mutual aid and blood donation crowd management. At the same time, we should strengthen the pre-donation recruitment and consultation work and establish a contingent of blood donors to ensure that blood donors are recruited from low-risk groups to ensure clinical blood safety.
