角膜上皮的缺损通常由周围正常上皮细胞的移行,增生而愈合。但在碱烧伤、晚期单疱性角膜炎及复发性角膜糜烂时,上皮迟迟不能再生,以致容易发生感染、穿孔等并发症。传统治疗方法如配戴软接触镜、使用眼垫等仅起消极保护作用。近年开始寻求用药物或生物制品促进上皮的愈合。已报道用上皮生长因子(EGF)和促生长因子可刺激角膜上皮愈合。但实际应用常受限制。近年发现纤维结合蛋白(Fibronectin)可促进角膜上皮再生。目前已证实它是一种糖蛋白,有血浆纤维结合蛋白和细胞纤维结合蛋白两种类型。
Corneal epithelial defects are usually normal epithelial cells around the migration, proliferation and healing. However, in alkali burn, advanced unilateral vesicular keratitis and recurrent corneal erosion, the epithelium delayed regeneration, resulting in prone to infection, perforation and other complications. Traditional treatments such as wearing soft contact lenses, the use of eye pads, etc. only play a negative protective effect. In recent years, it has been sought to promote epithelial healing with drugs or biological products. Corneal epithelial healing has been reported to be stimulated with epithelial growth factor (EGF) and growth factor. However, the practical application is often limited. In recent years, Fibronectin was found to promote corneal epithelial regeneration. It has been confirmed that it is a glycoprotein, there are two types of plasma fibronectin and cell-binding protein.
