日前,国资委副主任王瑞祥在宝钢举行的中央企业实施职工素质工程现场推进会上透露,国有资产监管委员会将在其监管的189家中央企业全面实施职工素质工程。 中央企业实施职工素质工程的总体目标是,以全面提高职工素质为主题,以创新人力资源管理机制为保障,以增强职工队伍国际竞争力为目的,加快职工队伍由体能型向知识型、学习型转化,使职工的思想道德有很大的提高,文化结构发生质的变化,技术工人结构趋于合理,紧密结合企业发展实际,使职工队伍整体素质得到明显改善,班组建设得到巩固和加强。
Recently, Wang Ruixiang, deputy director of SASAC, announced at the site promotion meeting of implementing quality-oriented construction of employees at the central enterprises held by Baosteel that the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission will fully implement the quality-worker projects of the employees in the 189 central enterprises under its supervision. The overall goal of implementing quality-oriented projects for workers and staff in central SOEs is to speed up the workforce from a physical-type to a knowledge-based, learning-based type with the overall theme of improving the quality of staff and workers, guaranteeing the innovation of human resources management mechanism and enhancing the international competitiveness of the workforce. The overall quality of the staff and workers has been significantly improved and the team building has been consolidated and strengthened.
