The authors of this book give answers to a series of questions. The book is co-authored by four authors: Akin Berne of the Netherlands, Paul Teathat, and Eric Stern from Sweden, Bont Sandruth. The four authors, who have worked together for 10 years, completed this work on the basis of cross-border case studies and provided cutting-edge views and theoretical support for public policy and international security.
