养老保险基金和失业保险基金(简称“两金”下同)是国家用于养老保险和待业救济的专项基金,其征管工作做得好与坏,对社会的安定有直接影响。本文仅就今年“两金”审计所发现的问题及其对策,谈点粗浅看法。一九九四年,武穴市杜会保险局、人事保险局和劳动就业局三家保险机构参加养老保险单位共461户,职工22257人,参加失业保险单位394户,职工29000人。社会保险局等三家保险机构年末基金结存2358.34万元。去年,全市在有不少企业职工工资不能按时发放的情况下,除对参加养老统筹企业的离退休职工做到按时足额发放离退休费外,还对无力上缴“两金”的黄家山煤矿、白云石矿等困难企业的
