我们采用砷酸作底液,示波极谱测定砷中微量硒,此方法较简便,灵敏度亦较一般方法为高,但测定结果的重现性不够理想。经试验,观察到HCl、HNO_3、A_s(Ⅲ)、H_g(Ⅱ)、O_2等均对本法有干扰,在注意消除这些干扰后,拟定了一个简便、可靠的分析方法,可测定低达0.006ppm的硒。试验部分 (一)主要试剂及仪器硒标准溶液:称取0.5克硒(99.999%),溶于10毫升硝酸中,移入500毫升容量瓶中,用水稀至刻度。此溶液每毫升含1毫
