目的 探讨脑梗塞患者脂蛋白 (a)及血小板的变化作用。方法 测定脑梗塞患者的血小板和脂蛋白 (a)及其它脂质 ,并与健康对照组进行比较。结果 患者组血小板 ,脂蛋白 (a)水平均明显升高 ,与对照组间差异有非常显著意义 (a) ,且血小板与脂蛋白 (a)具有高相关性。结论 血小板与脂蛋白 (a)在脑梗塞性疾病发生中协同作用促进血栓形成
Objective To investigate the changes of lipoprotein (a) and platelet in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The levels of platelet and lipoprotein (a) and other lipids in patients with cerebral infarction were measured and compared with healthy controls. Results The levels of platelet and lipoprotein (a) in patients were significantly higher than those in control group (a), and the platelets had a high correlation with lipoprotein (a). Conclusion The synergistic effect of platelets and lipoprotein (a) in the development of cerebral infarction promotes thrombosis
