目的 :探讨不同剂量蛇毒抗高凝状态酶 (AHCSE)对小鼠肝癌H2 2生长作用的影响。方法 :小鼠皮下接种小鼠肝癌(H2 2 )后 ,待肿瘤长成 1 0mm2 分别经腹腔注射不同剂量AHCSE,每天 1次 ,连续 1 0d ,观察瘤重抑制率、瘤体积、抑瘤率、脾指数和白细胞及其组成成分 ,统计采用LDS t,检验水准α =0 .0 5。采用白细胞及其组分与脾指数的相关和回归。结果 :中、高剂量组AHCSE具有明显的抗肿瘤作用 ,而低剂量组抗肿瘤作用效果不佳 ,但高剂量组的小鼠体重降低明显。实验组的脾系数明显高于对照组 ,并且随着AHCSE的剂量增大脾系数也增大。白细胞随着AHCSE剂量的增大而增大 ,白细胞及其组分与脾指数存在相关性和回归直线。结论 :在一定的范围内 ,随着AHCSE的剂量增大 ,抗肿瘤效果增强 ,但副作用也增大 ,其机制可能与凋亡和激活免疫系统有关
Objective: To investigate the effects of different doses of antihypercoagulable state enzyme (AHCSE) on the growth of mouse hepatocarcinoma H2 2 cells. Methods: After mice were subcutaneously inoculated with H 2 2 cells, the mice were treated with different doses of AHCSE by intraperitoneal injection of different doses of H 2 O 3 for 10 days. The inhibition rates, tumor volume, tumor inhibition rate, Spleen index and white blood cells and their components, statistics using LDS t, test level α = 0. Correlation and regression of leukocyte and its components with spleen index. Results: The medium and high dose AHCSE had obvious antitumor effects, while the low dose had no effective antitumor effect, but the body weight of mice in high dose group was significantly lower. The spleen coefficient of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the spleen coefficient increased with the increase of the dose of AHCSE. Leukocytes increased with increasing dose of AHCSE, and the correlation between leukocytes and their components and spleen index was linear and regression. Conclusion: Within a certain range, with the increase of dose of AHCSE, the antitumor effect is enhanced but the side effects are also increased. The mechanism may be related to apoptosis and activation of the immune system
