[目的]了解公主岭市贯彻执行《食品安全法》情况及食品卫生状况,以利于以后开展针对性的卫生监督工作。[方法]对2007~2009年公主岭市市场销售的豆制品、糕点、冷饮和酒类食品抽签杨检测资料进行分析。[结果]2007~2009年合计检测市售食品2 541份,合格的2 512份,平均合格率为98.86%。检测合格率,豆制品为93.00%,糕点类为99.20%,冷饮为99.00%,酒类为98.37%;2007年为98.75%,2008年为99.72%,2009年为98.63%。[结论]2007~2009年公主岭市市场销售视屏的合格率较高。
[Objective] To understand the implementation of the “Food Safety Law” and the state of food hygiene in Gongzhuling City so as to facilitate targeted health supervision in the future. [Method] The testing data of soybeans, cakes, cold drinks and alcoholic beverages in the market of Gongzhuling from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed. [Results] From 2007 to 2009, a total of 2 541 commercially available foods were tested, 2 512 were eligible, with an average pass rate of 98.86%. Test pass rate, 93.00% of soy products, cakes class is 99.20%, cold drinks is 99.00%, alcohol is 98.37%; 98.75% in 2007, 99.72% in 2008, 98.63% in 2009. [Conclusion] The pass rate of Gongzhuling market sales video from 2007 to 2009 is higher.
