做好路产保护、保证交通畅通,是路政工作人员所肩负的使命,同时也是人民交予的一项权利。社会公众服务需求越来越高,要想保证高质量路政的服务工作,就必须首先做好路政执法人员的思想政治教育工作,端正思想、端正行为。结合笔者的一些路政执法人员思想政治教育工作的实践经验,对加强路政执法人员思想政治教育做出了浅显研究。
Good road safety protection, to ensure smooth traffic, is the mission of road workers, but also a people’s rights. The demand for public services is getting higher and higher. If we want to ensure the quality of service for the highways, we must first do a good job in ideological and political education among law enforcement officers on the roads, correct our thoughts and act appropriately. Based on the author’s practical experience in ideological and political education of some law enforcement officers, we made a brief study on how to strengthen the ideological and political education of law enforcement officers.
