本文通过对大学生心理健康现状的分析,并对体育锻炼功能进行探讨,得出体育锻炼对大学生心理健康有积极的影响。对指导体育教学与课余锻炼提供理论借鉴。
In this paper, through analyzing the current situation of college students ’mental health and discussing the function of physical exercise, it is concluded that physical exercise has a positive impact on college students’ mental health.
