一、乡镇企业设备管理观状随着我国改革开放的深入发展和市场经济体制的确立,乡镇企业以其特有的机制取得了惊人的发展,生产规模越来越大,设备固定资产的技术含量越来越高.并日趋大型化、机械化、自动化.但是,由于乡镇企的绝大多数职工来自农村,企业缺乏训练有素的设备管理人员和维修工人,虽然近十年来经过设备创优等活动一些企业的设备管理水平有了较大提高,但发展水平极不平衡、目前,多数乡镇企业的设备管理和维修工作主要存在以卜几个方面的问题.1.设备管理机构不完善目前,乡镇企业设备管理机构不完善的现象比较普遍.一些拥有几百万元甚至上千万设备固定资产的企业没有专门的设备管理机构,工厂设备管理的各项工作不能按规定程序进行,更不能形成专营成线、群管成网的全方位管理格局.造成这种现象的主要原因,一是企业经营者对设备管理的重要性认识不足,认为设立专职的设奋管理机构是多余的;二是企业缺乏具有一定管理经验和业务水平的设备管理干部.

The various tasks of plant equipment management cannot be carried out in accordance with stipulated procedures, and even more, they cannot form a franchise. The overall management pattern of line and group management networks is the main reason for this phenomenon.
