随着国内外经济的不断发展,在最近这几年,润滑油的发展也掀起了高速发展的高潮,各类的产品不断的更新换代。这就使得许多润滑油企业面临了新的挑战与机遇,使企业在发展中不但要对润滑油的生产工艺与生产技术了如指掌,还应该发扬创新精神,不断的改善生产技术与工艺,推出新的质优价廉的产品。为了解决润滑油调和灌装工艺中存在的顶线油量多、成品油可能存在质量隐患等诸多问题,可以通过运用多元回归分析来确定影响润滑油质量的主要因素;在目前通用的灌装工艺中添加回流这一工艺,与此同时依据不同的管线和灌装线制定出相应的顶线规则,这样不但能使生产的成品油质量得到保证,而且还使顶线量大大的降低,从而使经济效益有得到有效的提高。基于此,主要对润滑油调和灌装工艺的改造技术进行了探讨。
