采用免疫组化SP染色法,检测了76 例石蜡包埋胃癌组织标本中P16 蛋白。结果显示P16 基因在胃癌中有较高的阳性表达(62-8 %) ,并且主要表现为胞浆表达,少数同时出现胞膜染色,但胞核不着色。P16 基因表达倾向于分化程度高、恶性程度低的胃癌。P16 基因表达缺失多见于伴有淋巴结转移和浸润深度已达浆膜的胃癌。上述结果表明P16 基因可能在胃癌发生中起一定作用,缺乏P16 基因表达可能使胃癌获得恶性浸润和转移能力,P16 基因表达可作为胃癌预后判断指标。
Immunohistochemical SP staining was used to detect P16 protein in 76 paraffin-embedded gastric cancer tissues. The results showed that the P16 gene was highly expressed in gastric cancer (62-8 %) and mainly expressed in the cytoplasm. A few of them also showed cell membrane staining, but the nucleus was not stained. P16 gene expression tends to have a high degree of differentiation and a low degree of malignancy. Loss of P16 gene expression was more common in gastric cancer with lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion. The above results indicate that P16 gene may play a role in the development of gastric cancer. The lack of P16 gene expression may lead to malignant invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. P16 gene expression may serve as a prognostic indicator of gastric cancer.
