动脉粥样硬化是病因多样性和病机复杂性的疾病,其病理改变涉及炎症反应、内皮细胞功能障碍、巨噬细胞功能障碍、平滑肌细胞增殖等。胞外信号调节激酶5(extracellular-regulated kinase 5,ERK5)是丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPKs)家族中的成员之一。ERK5信号通路通过三级酶促级联反应将氧化应激、剪切力、缺血、低氧、炎症等刺激信号传到细胞核内,调控着内皮细胞、巨噬细胞、血管平滑肌细胞等多种细胞的增殖、迁移、分化、衰老、凋亡等,与动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展有着十分密切的关系。就ERK5与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展进行综述。

The research progress of the relationship between ERK5 and atherosclerosis are reviewed.
