亲水气单胞菌常存在于水及健康鱼或病鱼体内,是人类的机会致病菌,可致伤口或其他部位的感染,甚至引起败血症,死亡率达50%。但其发病机理尚不完全清楚。该菌在试管内产生伴有损害纤维细胞膜的溶血素及作用于人红细胞膜甘油磷脂的乙醯转移酶和磷脂酶。作者以亲水气单胞菌有毒株(AM3)给小鼠肌肉注射,观察其病理生理变化。每只鼠给予细菌悬液0.1ml(3×10~7CFU)。小鼠在36小时内50%死亡,在6天内75%死亡。在感染的36小时内的不同时间处死并取样检查。小鼠感染后,可引起组织损伤、败血症、内毒素休克及死亡,表现蜷缩立毛发
Hydrophila Aeromonas is often found in water and healthy fish or sick fish. It is a human opportunistic pathogen that can cause wounds or other parts of the infection, and even cause sepsis, the mortality rate of 50%. But its pathogenesis is not yet fully understood. The bacteria produced in the test tube accompanied by damage to the cell membrane hemolysin and role in human erythrocyte membrane glycerophospholipid transfer enzyme and phospholipase. The author of the A. hydrophila strains (AM3) intramuscular injection to observe the pathophysiological changes. Each mouse was given a bacterial suspension 0.1 ml (3 x 10-7 CFU). Mice died of 50% within 36 hours and 75% within 6 days. At different times within 36 hours of infection were sacrificed and sampled for examination. Mouse infection, can cause tissue damage, septicemia, endotoxic shock and death, the performance curled up the hair
