众所周知,腐败产生的根源就是公共权力的被滥用,这一观点已成为当今学者们的共识。毋庸置疑,从源头上防治腐败,就是要着力规范权力的行使,保证人民赋予的权力真正用来为人民谋利益。反腐败的根本之路就是建设中国特色的“权力文明”。追求民主是建设中国特色“权力文明”的根本途径,阳光—透明—公平—公正则应是中国特色“权力文明”的重要标志。
It is well known that the root cause of corruption is the abuse of public power. This view has become the consensus of today’s scholars. Undoubtedly, to prevent and cure corruption at the source is to focus on regulating the exercise of power and ensuring that the power granted by the people is really used to benefit the people. The fundamental way to fight corruption is to build “civilized power” with Chinese characteristics. Pursuit of democracy is the fundamental way to build Chinese characteristics with “civilized power.” Sunshine - transparency - fairness - justice should be an important symbol of Chinese characteristics and “civilized power.”
