随着民航业迅猛发展,空中交通容量大幅度增加,空域内出现频繁的飞行冲突,造成严重的空中交通隐患。扇区容量在很大程度上制约着民用航空事业的发展,如何有效利用扇区容量评估分析空中交通管制员工作负荷是当前空管领域研究的重要课题。
With the rapid development of civil aviation, the volume of air traffic has risen sharply and frequent flight conflicts have occurred in the airspace, causing serious air traffic problems. The sector capacity restricts the development of civil aviation to a great extent. How to effectively use the sector capacity assessment to analyze the workload of air traffic controllers is an important issue in the field of ATC.
