时下国人爱讨论“食文化”或“吃文化”。最能体现“吃文化”者当属吃请气氛,特别是外宾来访,总免不了要上餐馆酒楼吃一番,山珍海味,丰盛有加,洋人无不竖大姆指对中国的“吃文化”赞叹不绝。我本人当过东道主,有过这种体验。不过下面我想介绍的是自己作为“外宾”在欧洲吃请的体验。 前不久,笔者在访问德、法、英三国的一个月中,平均每天至少有一顿饭是外国东道主招待我们吃的,对我们来说,这是事实上的“吃请”。不过,所谓“吃请”,其实就是工作餐,除了一次在餐馆的宴请。不论宴请或工作餐,都强烈地折射出与中国“吃文化”形成反差的欧
