本文作为SiC陶瓷工具的应用之一,论述了对难加工材料SUS 304不锈钢材料进行挤压加工,特别是振动挤压超精加工时,加工条件对加工后表面粗糙度的影响。同时也探讨了各种润滑剂对SiC工具磨损的影响。本研究结果表明:进给量越小,加工后的表面粗糙度也越小。而附加振动挤压时的最大倾角为10°左左时表面粗糙度获得最小值。另外,润滑剂的粘度越低,加工后的表面粗糙度越小,但是工具磨损比较严重,特别是用煤油作润滑剂时工具磨损现象最为突出。
As one of the applications of SiC ceramic tool, this paper discusses the influence of the processing conditions on the surface roughness after being processed by the extrusion process of the hard-to-be-processed SUS 304 stainless steel, especially in the case of vibrating extrusion super finishing. The effects of various lubricants on SiC tool wear are also discussed. The results of this study show that the smaller the feed rate, the smaller the surface roughness after machining. While the maximum vibration angle of additional vibration squeeze is about 10 °, the surface roughness gets the minimum value. In addition, the lower the viscosity of the lubricant, the smaller the surface roughness after processing, but the tool wear is more serious, especially when using kerosene as a lubricant, tool wear phenomenon is most prominent.
