电子部41所研制的矢量网络分析仪于1995年12月 5日在北京通过了设计定型。定型会由电子部军工基础局主持,国家计委、国防科工委、航天部、航空工业总公司、有关军兵种以及厂、所、院校的领导、专家共120多个单位200余位代表参加了会议。 矢量网络分析仪是对微波毫米波网络参量进行综合测量的先进仪器。该项成果包括AV3615型矢量网络分析仪主机;AV3631型S参数测量装置;AV3641型反射/传输测试装置和13所研制的AV39101型有源测试夹具。整个系统采用了十二项误差模型和OSLT及TRL校准方法,大大提高了系统测试的准确度。经专家组测试并经鉴定委员会鉴定确认整机性能达到了国外八十年代末九十年代初同类产品的先进水平,填补了国内空白。设备指标达到了相应的企业军标要求,具有很好的推广价值。
