  Abstract: Personnel file is an extremely important part of human resource management.Personnel files belong to the result of the human resource management process, and the personnel file management level directly reflects the quality of human resource management.Various problems in the process of personnel file management can lead to the waste of human resources.For example, the management process did not keep up with the development trend of The Times lead to backward management means, insufficient legitimacy, so this article based on the current situation of personnel file management, analyzed the current problems, on this basis put forward some concrete and feasible measures to promote the development of personnel file management, so as to better promote the development of human resource management in our country.

  Preface: The employing personnel for their work of the first impression is the personnel file recorded talent information, personnel files can help the employer decide whether to hire this person better and faster, so as to make the human resource management work more smoothly.It can be said that the management efficiency of personnel files and the work efficiency of the employer is closely related, and everyone's own interests are directly related, only the management of personnel files to play the best role of archives, as well as the comprehensive exploration, to maximize the potential of human resources to ensure the normal operation of the whole unit.How to effectively manage the personnel files is the subject of this study.
  Personnel information conveyed in the personnel file gives employers the most direct impression, promote the employer to make correct decisions, and the reasonable management of talent cannot leave the help of human resources, so human resources management in today's era development to promote enterprise talent flow, talent management is essential, plays a pivotal role.In recent years, due to unequal employment information, many outstanding talents have struggled to find satisfactory jobs and employers to recruit suitable talents.Only when "difficult employment difficulties" and "insufficient employment" coexist.Let our country's personnel file management fell into a deadlock.The management of personnel files constitutes a huge problem affecting the daily file management.Mainly have the following performance:
  1. employees do not pay enough attention to file management.The personnel file is an unknown work behind the scenes work.In general, everyone mistakenly believes that personnel file management is not important, and it is difficult to reflect the value of the work.Moreover, the working environment of personnel file management is relatively boring, which will affect the work enthusiasm of file management personnel, and in most of the consciousness, they think that this work is just recording and saving data.Not important to companies and organizations, and over time leads to lax work.This biased ideology has brought great obstacles to the smooth progress of personnel file management, and the in-service staff will not actively consider how to better improve the efficiency of this job, and this situation is very not conducive to the development of personnel file management.   2, software and hardware facilities are not fully quipped.Because there are a considerable number of enterprises in the personnel file management work has great negligence, do not pay enough attention to the personnel file management work, so in the process of daily management work will not spend too much manpower, material resources and time to invest, so the lack of personnel file management hardware and software level.And for the personnel file management work of the talent training system is not perfect, anyway, the professional skills of the staff engaged in file management also have certain defects.Some personnel of the management documents are temporarily recruited, and their professional quality can not meet the needs of work.Unfamiliarity with the application, loading and filing process causes personnel management chaos and hinders the normal progress of personnel file management.And, for hardware, some file management devices are very outdated and file archiving is very messy, making it difficult to find files during file transfer, which affects productivity improvements.
  3.The degree of information management is not high.Since entering the new era, the development of Internet technology has brought unprecedented development opportunities for our archives management information development, however, our current personnel file information management level low efficiency, so strengthen the personnel file information management level, not only can greatly improve the efficiency of personnel management, and can better promote the development of human resources, let it with the trend of The Times, improve the comprehensive strength of the enterprise.Informatization and intelligence will become a major breakthrough in traditional manual search and search.
  The content of file management is not standard.At present, the rules and regulations for the archives management are not perfect enough, and even if the simple and feasible rules and regulations are formulated, the executive department in implementing these rules and regulations is just superficial, perfunctory, so the personnel file management is too chaotic.For example: the unity of archives, the format requirements of archives, the indecent view of archives, etc.All the above behaviors will more or less increase the difficulty of management in the process of personnel file management, and hinder the normal reform process of personnel file management.
