本文作者为了确定在各种螺蛳的浸出液中是否有对毛蚴的制动作用,以及了解制动作用的物质的性质,进行了下述实验。试验所用螺蛳为对各种血吸虫易感和非易感的不同种、株阴性螺蛳共23种,所用血吸虫毛蚴共5种。对毛蚴的制动试验方法是将含有10~20只运动活泼的毛蚴的悬液放在有0.1毫升螺蛳组织浸出液的凹玻片中,用玻片盖好,放在26℃下,30分钟及、1、2、4和/或8小时用立体显微镜观察结果。通过预备实验表明用5%螺蛳组织浸出液,对照组用0.035M浓度的盐水,接触2小时进行实验最好。
