在流化床-提升管耦合反应器大型冷模实验装置中,研究了添加内构件前后环隙内压力特性沿轴向的分布规律.结果表明,环隙内各截面的压力均随流化床内表观气速增大而增大;添加内构件前,受窜气影响,环隙内各截面压力较大、波动性较强.在环隙下料管出料口下方80 mm处添加内构件后,环隙内各截面压力明显降低、波动性明显减弱,由流化床经环隙下料管出料口反窜到环隙内的流化风减少,装置的窜气现象得到一定程度改善,环隙下料管内下料更平稳.
