应变顺序与应力顺序相对应规律是指:“压力加工时物体各部分的尺寸将在该部分最大应力(按代数值,拉为正、压为负)的方向增加得最多,并在最小应力的方向减小得最多,沿中间主应力方向的尺寸变化倾向与该应力的数值接近于最大或最小应力相对应。”在中作者提出该规律正文,后又在中作如上的简化。本文从塑性理论角度对该规律及共适用范围进行了论证。作者在对平面应力状态诸压力加工工序受力分析的基础上给出其在屈服轨迹上的加载途径并用应变顺序与应力顺序相对应规律说明变形后工件尺寸变化情况。可以认为该规律比“最小阻力定律”更深刻地反映压力加工中成形问题的共同本质。
The law of strain sequence and stress sequence refers to: “The dimensions of each part of the object during pressure processing will increase most in the direction of the maximum stress (algebraic value, pull positive, and pressure negative) in the part, and at the minimum stress. The direction is reduced most, and the tendency of dimensional change along the direction of the intermediate principal stress corresponds to the value of the stress being close to the maximum or minimum stress." In the author’s text, the text of the law was proposed and later simplified as above. This paper demonstrates the law and the scope of co-application from the viewpoint of plasticity theory. The author gives the loading path on the yield trajectory based on the stress analysis of the stress process of the plane stress state, and uses the law of strain and stress sequence to explain the dimensional change of the workpiece after deformation. It can be considered that this law reflects the common nature of the forming problems in pressure processing more profoundly than the “Minimum Resistance Law”.
